recommend a savings/investment bank account?

Me and a few family memebers have come to an informal agreement to save approx. £500 per weak (combined) for a 1yr period.The money saved will then be used to put a deposit on a property.
Is there any type of bank account which will consider us as a genuine group of investors all be it on a small scale.
